The facility evaluation method considers the following steps:

• Initial meeting in which we actively listen to the problems and needs that the client presents to us.
• Visit to the facility and design of a SWOT plan (weaknesses-threats/strengths-opportunities) for the facility and all the services offered by the client.
• Study of the weaknesses-threats / strengths-opportunities and the work team's approach to the best solutions to reduce costs, make profitable and improve the management of the facility.
• Presentation of the solutions considered most appropriate, by the technical team ofMPM to the client.
• Implementation process and monitoring of the new work procedures, use and maintenance of facilities, incorporation of new equipment... so that the management of the sports facility is comfortable and effective for the client.
